Yes. All transactions on Hi-Factory are carried out through official and guaranteed contracts. These contracts include terms on delivery, payment, quality, delivery time, and responsibilities of both parties. After initial communication and agreement, the contract is generated electronically and registered in your app profile.
Contracts are governed by Iranian domestic laws. For international transactions, they are also enforceable under the regulations of the Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone (RAK ICC), in both Persian and English. Dispute resolution is typically conducted via electronic arbitration at RAK ICC.
If delivery is delayed beyond the agreed timeframe stated in the contract, the buyer can request follow-up and receive the pre-defined financial penalty. In cases of non-payment or non-delivery, compensations will be applied according to the terms specified in the contract.
Yes. Buyers can request exclusive purchasing rights for one or more products. In such cases, the product will not be registered under your brand name and will be exclusively supplied to you. Hi-Factory manages the entire process — from sourcing and quality control to export and delivery.
Once purchase or cooperation terms are confirmed, the contract is generated electronically in your profile and sent to you via email. You can review, download, and digitally sign the contract. A PDF version of the contract will also be sent to you for your records.
